Description

Welcome back to the Truth Hertz with Affirmation !

Every Thursday from 6 to 7 we visit the whole spectrum of dnb mixed, mashed and blended up how we all like it !
Throw in some banter and away we go.

This week we\'re getting nostalgic..... after stumbling across an old ipod (used for working out at the gym haha)...i\'ve been inspired to go back a few years and revisit them neuro gems, classics like spor and phace ! All the hard edged beats to help you lift them heavy weights and dig in a bit deeper.

Don\'t forget to follow me on the socials for plenty more banter and updates on my shenanigans
