Get Winamp
Download Winamp from winamp.com. Use version 5.9 or newer. Winamp 5.9's release notes list improved playback of https:// streams, and the DNBRADIO streams use https. Winamp 5.9 needs Windows 7 SP1 or newer.
Play the stream
- Copy the MP3 stream URL above.
- In Winamp, press Ctrl+L to open the Play location box.
- Paste the URL and confirm.
Use the MP3 stream. Winamp can also open playlist files, so you can download the .pls or .m3u file and open it in Winamp.
MP3 or AAC?
MP3 at 320 kbps is the best quality. AAC at 128 kbps uses less than half the data, so it's the better choice on a slow connection or mobile data.
Not working?
- Make sure the URL starts with
https://and has no spaces before or after it. - Try the other stream, MP3 or AAC.
- Check that the station is playing in the web player. If it is, the problem is in your player or your network.
