DnbRadio.com has created a new web portal that caters to the mobile community. The new site features a flash player button useful for playing the stream directly in your browser -- works if you have Adobe's PocketFlash (or variant) installed. Other options for live listening are the various playlist file formats that include the server addresses that are supported by most stream-capable players such as Core Player (freeware) and the fully featured PocketPlayer which requires registration for continued use but is worth the small price if you are interested in podcast/feed streaming.

More links further down on DnbRadio's mobile page are more podcast links to their top ten mix downloads as well as the main feed link that you can copy/paste to your RSS reader or podcast. I was able to plug dnbradio's rss url's into my PocketPlayer which brought up a list of all the latest DnbRadio episodes. I was able to click an item from the list and immediately begine playing it.

More to come at the mobile site are customizable mix playlists and feeds that let load your chosen playlist of mixes directly to your player.

See the mobile site now @ http://www.dnbradio.com/mobile.

FOR IPHONE / IPOD TOUCH USERS

    * iphone/ipodtouch does not support flash or cant play links from the dnbradio mobile website so here is a solution for iphone/ipodtouch owners

if you have a iPhone or an iPod Touch you can get iRadio and tune into dnbradio as well. but it is however in development.

i have tested on the ipod touch and found some faulty issues. but it is still in dvelopment and im sure they will work out the bugs. it kind of works tho.

    faults:
    - no way to stop audio once started, you have to physically turn off the device
    - no way to control the sound, or any other kind of function for that matter

at first when i select dnbradio from the list of stations i get a real low sound. so what i did was i would play a regular mp3 i have had on my ipod touch already and then stop/paused it. then went back to iradio and selected dnbradio and it would play fine. not as loud as a regular mp3 file but loud enough to listen to.

I'm sure Apple will enable streaming support in the iPhone sometime soon. Lots of people want it.
